The SENTIDE GmbH team, a company of the INTENTA Group, combines tailor-made software solutions with individual consulting for all aspects of local public transport.
We provide services in the areas of consulting, requirements and project management as well as the design and implementation of our own system solutions in the field of software development.
We set new standards in public transportation by supporting our customers with individual and self-determined consulting as well as highly developed, platform-independent software solutions.

Project Manager (m/f/d)
The team at SENTIDE GmbH, an INTENTA Group company, combines customized software solutions with individual consulting in the field of public transport. We provide services in the areas of consulting, requirements and project management as well as the conception and implementation of our own system solutions in the field of software development.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week)
Project Manager (m/f/d)
to start as soon as possible.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in the public transport sector
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a professional and engaging manner towards internal and external partners
- Structured and planned way of working
- Enjoy working with colleagues and developing together
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and MS Project or similar GANTT planning tools
- Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. confluence, jira) and ERP software (e.g. Sage, MS Dynamics) is desirable
- Business fluent in German and English, further language skills are welcome
- Willingness to travel
Your tasks:
- Independent support of customer projects, from planning and implementation to successful completion
- Coordination of project teams and contact person for clients and other stakeholders
- Implementation of ongoing risk management to ensure compliance with milestones, costs and quality standards
- Creating and maintaining project plans, reports and documentation
- Processing customer inquiries and tenders
- Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
